| The HOA had requested that some homeowners, who have horses and a direct interest in equestrian activities, form an interim committee to draw up some rules and guidelines for general information. The information would be to give guidance to horse owners as well as non horse owners as to what would be acceptable for equestrian activities to take place within the private open space (green belt) as well as on the road. There have been a number of meetings regarding the rules and guidelines and the draft guidelines have been amended and is ready for general comment. The draft guidelines will be published on the website under "Longacres Equestrian Association Documents " and will be reviewed by the committee elected at the Founding Meeting. The meeting is anticipated to be held on the 8th May 2021 |
